Memphis Candied Bacon Recipe

Kinda like this Memphis Candied Bacon recipe…..

10 strips - thick cut bacon
1/4 c - Wiseacre Tiny Bomb
1/2 c - brown sugar

Cook bacon at 400°F for 15 to 20 minutes, or until desired crispiness. Transfer to cooling rack.

Mix together @wiseacrebrewingcompany beer and brown sugar. Dip each slice of completely cooled bacon in mixture. Place on parchment paper-lined pan. Cook at 400°F for 10 more minutes. EAT UP!
