Launching Our New Website: Bringing the Regency Experience Online

At Regency Homebuilders, we are always thinking of new ways to improve the experience of our customers.

You may have noticed we rebranded at the beginning of January 2020. However, we didn’t stop with our new logo, signage and updated colors. The most extensive and time-consuming aspect of our rebrand has been the complete restructure and redesign of For the past 10 months, we have been working with the folks over at Paradigm Marketing and Creative to create a custom website that better serves our customers.

Principal and Founder of Paradigm, Charles Gaushell, reflects that “when we met with Regency to talk about their website, we knew our companies would work well together. Focus on design excellence, work product, and employee care are priorities for both of our companies, so weaving in those elements into the website was a priority.”

Our website now reflects and provides customers with the same high-quality experience they would receive upon walking into our Design Studio. Regency’s innovative, customer-focused and family-oriented culture is now intertwined with our online presence.

Account Manager, Hope Dalton, speaks to Paradigm's success to help us "create a website that would act as a visual representation of the quality of [Regency's] work and personality, as they truly care about working with their customers to find the perfect home. The website is easy to navigate, shows off their beautiful portfolio, and is easy to update as homes come and go from the market. In addition to that, it functions with top-tier performance so they are always ready to help a potential customer."

Along with the visual upgrades to our website, the functionality of has been significantly improved. Between 11 Areas, 24 Communities, 117 floor plans, and thousands of photographs, the ability to easily search through our website is essential.

Paradigm did a phenomenal job listening to our needs and creating a custom, user-friendly way to search through the ever-growing content of Regency Homebuilders. Gaushell notes that “the main challenge was to take the large existing website and rethink the customer experience. One that would be easy to navigate and enjoyable as part of the home search process.”

Considering those who are in the process of moving to the Greater Memphis Area, as well as the effects of COVID-19, we have been determined to ensure that everyone is able to have the full Regency Experience regardless of where they may be. Our website includes new pages with Virtual Tours of both models and floor plans, Photo and Video Galleries of past customer homes and Ready Now Homes, along with layouts of all of our Floor Plan Options.

Our new Interactive Map provides customers with the exact location and driving directions to our neighborhoods, model homes and ready now homes while also having the ability to zoom out and get a feel for the surrounding area of neighborhoods they are interested in. Maps of all Regency Communities are updated daily to keep customers and potential homeowners as up to date as possible with the latest lot and floor plan availabilities from Regency Homebuilders.

Our goals to make our website faster, easier to navigate, and more user friendly, with improved functionality and easy access to information could not have been achieved without the incredible effort of both Regency and Paradigm’s teams.
